  I just trusted google that there is a bank here somewhere... Just look for the door. Great staff and helpful. Some days the line is long because they really spending time with their customers. Great to go there weekdays in the morning.

  If I could give it 0 stars I would. The waiting time in this branch is ridiculous! I know it is not the fault of the tellers, because they do the best they can. But having 1 or 2 tellers is such a waste of time for the customers. Most of the time there is only one teller with a line of 10-15 people. I never understand why the people who work on the floor can't help them out, especially when they aren't helping other customers (the only thing they do is ask who wants to use the TA). The lines are so long that some people end up leaving. This used to be a great branch until some one got the "bright" idea to close the drive through, get rid of the business/merchant window and add the eyesore of the teller assit in the middle of the bank. Also, there is no privacy for those using the TA. If you use the handset then your hands aren't free to do anything. People watch you struggle with IDs, checks, etc. It is very incovenient and uncomfortable. I come here almost everyday, and have no choice to go to another branch because this is the closest to me. I wasted close to 30 minutes for a 2 minute transaction , and end up being late to a meeting.
